Shipping & Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition, and have ALL original tags attached. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of purchase by mail or in store. Returns received after 14 days but within 30 days of receipt of purchase will receive a store credit. All sales are final on sale merchandise and special orders. C. Orrico does not refund shipping and handling charges.
Once we have received your return on orders placed online or over the phone, we will refund your credit card within 5-7 business days. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the processing to complete.
**In store purchase returns may be exhanged or given store credit only. Store credit is valid and does not expire.**

**** During our online order sale, we will do our best to honor priority shipping however we are processing orders as first come first serve. ****
We aim to process all online and phone orders as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm EST will be shipped within 48 hours pending on availability of product and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.
For orders placed on a Holiday or Friday after 2pm EST, the order will be processed on the following business day.
If you need your order shipped the same day that the order was placed, please place order before 2pm EST and select the expedited service under shipping.
We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Orders shipped within Florida will be charged the appropriate tax depending on the county.
